Refund Policy – Thatz a Wrap
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please choose carefully when confirming your order.
Service & Product Issues:
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if: - The service provided is not delivered with due care and skill.
- The product (such as vinyl materials used in wraps) is faulty, defective, or not as described.
- The service or product fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL.
In these cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-doing the service, replacing materials, or issuing a refund.
Deposits & Cancellations:
• Deposits paid to secure bookings are non-refundable, unless required under the ACL.
• If you cancel a booking after work has commenced, you may be charged for the portion of work already completed and any materials used.
Processing Refunds:
Refunds for eligible claims will be processed using the same payment method you used (e.g., ZipPay). Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed once approved.
